e-TIN Certificate, Step by Step Procedure
It is easy process to get e-TIN Certificate. For getting e-TIN Certificate we need to apply through online. Anyone can get e-TIN Certificate by follow below steps:
STEP NO: 01
For getting e-Tin Certificate you have to visit e-Tin Registration Website. At the Home Page you will get Register Button. Now click on the Register button for e-TIN registration.
STEP NO: 02
For getting e-TIN Certificate you have to fill up e-TIN Registration form by providing below required information:
User ID: Create a User ID
Password: Type password here
Retype Password: Type password again here
Security Question: Choose a Security Question from drop down menu.
Security Answer: Write a security answer here.
Country: Select country Bangladesh here.
Mobile: To provide a mobile number (which has not use for e-TIN Registration). They will send a verification code.
Email: You can provide an email address. But it is not mandatory.
Verification Letters: You have to Write verification letters in capital letters as shown.
STEP NO: 03
After fill up the e-TIN Registration form you will get an activation code by SMS. Now submit the activation code and click Activate button to active your account.
STEP NO: 04
Now login to your account for e-TIN Registration.
STEP NO: 05
After successfully login in your account you will see the below picture. Click “here” button for e-TIN Registration.
STEP NO: 06
Now see below Registration/ Re-registration Form and select your criteria from drop down menu as below:
Taxpayer’s Status:
a) Individual > Bangladeshi (For Individual and Personal Use)
b) Individual > Bangladeshi> Having NID
- Registration Type: New Registration (If you are obtaining Tin for the first time)
- Main Source of Income: Profession/Service/Others
- Location of main source of income: Select the District where you are working
- Location: Select your Specific area.
Now click on “GO TO NEXT” button and you will get below page Basic Information .
STEP NO: 07
Now fill up the page with your basic information as per your NID. Shown red color star mark field are mandatory, those are Name, Gender, NID Card Number, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name. And Spouse’s Name, Mobile Number, Email are not mandatory but you can fill it. Also Current Address (for Individual “Present Residential Address) & Permanent Address are mandatory to fill.
Then click on “Go to Next” button.
STEP NO: 08
Now you will get the page of “Final Preview”. Check it carefully. If it is correct, click the check box and finally click the “Submit Application” button. If it is not correct then click “Back to Previous” button for correction. After correction then again submit.
STEP NO: 09
Now Your e-Tin Certificate is ready. To view e-TIN Certificate Click on the “View TIN Certificate” and you will find it.
STEP NO: 10
Now you can print your e-Tin Certificate or you can save it or you can send it to an email. Don’t forget your user ID and password. Always you can by login your account and you can download your e-TIN Certificate.
